Lean Redesign & Rebuild

Shop is the client-facing module of a major print manufacturer’s web-based retail asset management system. Our team was contracted to rebuild its front end and, in the process, look to see if there were any workflow efficiencies to be gained along the way.

Through interviews and stakeholder discussions, we identified rarely-used features that could be safely removed or nested, and targeted areas that were causing pain when building orders.

This process has resulted in a cleaner, responsive layout, easier product browsing and a simplified workflow for users who operate a single franchise.
