Simplifying Chain Complexity

Distribute is one module within a robust web-based application that helps chains distribute corporate POP material to company and franchise locations. Our team was hired to redesign its front end and explore opportunities that would soften the edges of a somewhat complex process.

While interviewing and shadowing users, we learned that an excessive amount of time was being spent moving between modules to build the programs. It became apparent that allowing direct access to item and location information would save the users a lot of time. We also discovered that commonly-used features would benefit from improved copying and editing functionality.

Today, Distribute features a fresh user interface and an extended functionality that allow the users a more streamlined experience.
